Abstract

The increase in the number of government functions, the requirements of transparency and openness of their activities, and other factors require a change in the method of implementation of governmental bodies of their powers. Internet today is the most common means of interaction between citizens and organizations because using it you can quickly send and receive necessary information.

These advantages and the ability to e-identity verification and documentation allows the government to use this tool in their work. Interaction of employer and employee with the state bodies can also be carried out by electronic services. First of all, it will most efficiently protect the rights of the worker, as the weaker party in labor relations.

Currently existing methods of interaction of employees and employers with the state bodies are the basis for the formulation of the concept of electronic interaction between employee and employer, developed by the author.
