Abstract |
In the article the questions connected with
realization of the constitutional right to privacy
in the conditions of Informatization of society. In
particular, identified and disclosed new modern
threats to the right to privacy, which represent a
special risk due to the lack of or unclear of their
fastening in the current legislation; review the
major cases of violation of privacy in the
conditions of Informatization of society. Based on
the analysis, formulated predictions of the
realization of the right to privacy in the
information society, as well as proposed measures
for the protection of the considered law. |
