Abstract

In this paper we study the question of the applicability of statistical analysis to detect unusual events and conditions in various information systems. The possibility of using cluster analysis to identify unusual traffic flows in a data network, as well as its effectiveness in different interpretations of the characteristics of network traffic flows.
