Abstract |
The article is devoted to the legal, organizational
and technological problems that hinder active
implementation of e-document management in all
spheres of society. The author presents his position
in concerning the approaches and forms of
legislation improvement, including proposals on the
enactment of the Federal law «On e-documents and
e-document management». |
