Abstract |
In the article the pressing
questions of category vehicle are analysed in the
field of informative safety. Categories areanalysed «information
of a limit access», «confidentialinformation», «secret information”. An author
investigates andexposes the key signs of
confidentiality and secrecy,differentiates them. On the
basis of analysis, an authordraws conclusion that
the mode of secrecy is частным bythe case of
the mode of confidentiality as it applies to a
statesecret. And the necessity of his legal
isolation is stipulatedby the specific of object of
guard. An author suggests to carryout more clear
legal differentiation of the mode of secrecy,that
will allow to avoid not only a terminological mess
butalso to create the certain legal scopes of the
legal adjustingof information of limit. |
