Abstract |
The article analyzes the current
issues of protection of official secrecy. Openness
and limited access to information is one of the
central problems of legal regulation. Currently, the
institute of official secrecy practically settled
law, there are big problems in the regulation of
official secrecy by various governmental bodies.
Many regulations are in conflict with each other.
The regulation of the use of official secrecy can be
seen both in terms of limiting the uncontrolled
“classification” of information, and from the point
of view of the situation to avoid the manipulation
of information or “leaks”. |
