Abstract |
In this article the author
discusses current issues of commercial
confidentiality. It is concluded that the protection
of trade secrets, established by the Federal Law “On
Commercial Secrets” in the aggregate are used very
rarely, and therefore questioned patentability
relevant information. This uncertainty is in the
interest of persons wrongfully themselves the owners
of confidential information and using it . Therefore
it is expedient to amend the law to exclude the
possibility of demand from participants in civil
adoption of all measures , without exception , are
listed in the Federal Law “On Commercial Secrets”. |
